In 2023, we collaborated with a client to launch a dynamic community engagement initiative for their users. The campaign encouraged members of the community and their affiliates to form groups and engage in competitive activities designed to foster teamwork and engagement, all while vying for top positions in a leaderboard system to earn rewards and recognition within their community. Our involvement was multifaceted: In terms of growth engineering, we took charge of the campaign's conception and implementation, from setting up the framework of the competition to coordinating events that would bring the community together. On the data engineering front, we enhanced the client's analytical capabilities, allowing for the immediate tracking of the campaign's progress, giving participants access to essential data, and equipping our client with insightful post-campaign analysis to inform future strategies.
